Pricing

Managed databases are billed monthly per package.

Each cluster is billed monthly according to its package. All four engines share the same package pricing, so the cost of a cluster depends only on its size — not which engine it runs.

Charges are billed monthly from your credit balance — there is no separate infrastructure invoice, and no per-query or per-GB-transferred metering to track.

Moving a cluster to a larger package (for more headroom, higher connection limits, or point-in-time restore) changes the monthly charge to the new package's rate; see Packages for what each tier is best suited for before upgrading.
