Plans

Platform plan tiers — from a free Hobby tier to a custom Scale plan — and how to upgrade.

Your platform plan sets account-wide limits, log retention, support, and SLA. Usage-based products are billed separately from your credit wallet regardless of plan.

Tiers

PlanPriceIncludes
HobbyFree3 apps, 1 database, 7-day log retention, pay-per-token inference, community support
Pro$25/user/moUnlimited apps & databases, 90-day logs, RBAC, email + Slack support, 99.99% SLA, custom domains
ScaleCustomDedicated inference capacity, SAML SSO, SOC 2, EU data residency, 99.99% SLA with credits

Usage-based products

Beyond the plan, these products are paid from the credit wallet: inference per token, GPUs & fine-tuning per GPU-hour, databases per month, and agents per plan. Your plan tier never changes these rates — it only changes account-wide limits and support.

Hitting a Hobby-tier limit

Hobby caps out at 3 apps, 1 database, and 7-day log retention. In practice: deploying a 4th app is blocked in the console until you remove one or upgrade; creating a 2nd database isn't offered; and once a log line scrolls past 7 days old, it's gone from the console — fine for tailing a live issue, not for investigating something from last month. None of this touches the credit wallet — inference, GPU, and other usage-based products keep working at the same rates on Hobby as on any other plan.

What upgrading actually unlocks

  • Pro removes the app and database caps entirely, extends log retention to 90 days, adds role-based access control for teammates, raises support to email + Slack with a 99.99% SLA, and unlocks custom domains.
  • Scale layers on dedicated inference capacity, SAML SSO, SOC 2, and EU data residency, with a 99.99% SLA backed by credits — aimed at accounts with compliance or dedicated-capacity needs beyond what Pro covers.

Upgrade a plan
